Phoenix has held its 2009 Investor Annual Meeting at the Lanesborough Hotel, London, at which Phoenix’s management committee reviewed performance, outlined the prospects for the UK private equity market, and responded to a wide variety of questions from delegates. In addition, the managers of four Phoenix portfolio companies - Busaba, Ashtead Technology, Acorn Care & Education and Expotel - gave detailed presentations on their own businesses.
