Phoenix Equity Partners ("Phoenix"), the leading UK mid-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Clarion Agency by Acorn Care and Education ("ACE").
Since investing in ACE in March 2005, Phoenix has supported ACE’s Chairman, Kevin McNeany, and its CEO, Steve Page, in making a total of thirteen acquisitions, taking ACE from 2 to 11 schools and creating one of the UK’s largest independent fostering networks.
