Sandy Muirhead is Chairman of Phoenix’s Investment Committee and has over 20 years’ experience as a private equity investor in the UK, prior to which he was the Managing Director of Charterhouse Bank’s corporate finance business. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse. Sandy leads Phoenix’s financial services sector investment activity and is a member of Phoenix’s Management Committee. He is a Director of Ashtead Technology and of Karma Communications Group. Sandy is a trustee of the Royal Horticultural Society.
