Beth Kirkness joined Phoenix in 2010 as Financial Controller. Beth qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the Private Equity team at KPMG before joining Lloyds Development Capital. She spent over four years at LDC, initially as the Financial Controller and latterly as part of the Deal Origination team.
