We only invest in companies headquartered in the UK.

We invest in companies with attractive growth prospects and great management teams. We target management buy-outs and buy-ins and expansion capital opportunities.

Phoenix makes a difference. We acquire significant stakes in businesses alongside management teams and work with those management teams to grow their business. We frequently provide additional equity to fund acquisitions. We offer strategic direction and make an active contribution through our Board representatives.
